What is the Daughters of India Community?
The Daughters of India Community is a way for us to say thank you to our amazing community. You can earn points from various activities and then redeem these points for gift vouchers, free shipping and more. Create an account here.
How do I Join the Daughters of India Community?

Will I receive anything for joining?
Yes! You will receive 300 points when you create an account.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points in a number of different ways, find out more information on how to earn points here.

How can I use my points?
You can redeem your points in a number of different ways. You can see how to redeem points by visiting our community page here.

Why did I move down a tier?
Your tier is based on how much you spend over a 12-month period. If you spend less than the minimum required for your tier you will be automatically moved down a tier based on what your spend was.
I have placed an order but my points haven't been updated, why?
When you place an order your points go through a verification process and cannot be redeemed immediately. Please allow 30 days for your points from each purchase to appear in your account.
Can I receive points for past orders?
All points are held for 3 months after purchase if you checkout as a guest. We can only hold points from purchases starting from the launch of our loyalty program which was on the 22 June 2023.
What currency are vouchers issued in?
All gift vouchers are distributed in AUD. Only one voucher can be used per order, up to a value of $50.
I have an account but I was signed out when I made my last purchase. Do I still receive points?
Yes! As long as you checkout using the same email you used to create your loyalty account the points will be added to your account even if you’re checked out as a guest. We do always recommend signing into your account when making a purchase.
